MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS & SERVICE DISCLAIMERS
By booking an appointment or engaging with Vantage Signature & Compliance Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which apply to all services offered, including but not limited to notarization, fingerprinting, apostille facilitation, compliance consulting, mobile services, wedding officiant services, trucking & logistics consulting, business/LLC formation support, and document courier delivery.
1. BOOKING, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
A $25 deposit is required to confirm all mobile service appointments, including general notary work, mobile fingerprinting, jail/hospital signings, I-9 verifications, and courier delivery services. This deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions are paid directly through Blue Notary and do not require a deposit through Vantage Signature.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours’ notice to retain your deposit.
No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to limited or denied future booking access.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Stripe (credit/debit card).
Invoices may be provided upon request for business or corporate clients.
3. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All signers and service recipients must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service.
If ID is not provided, service will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
4. MOBILE & ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Mobile service fees include round-trip travel, scheduling, administrative prep, and time on site.
Mobile fees are not waived or prorated, even for short appointments.
Additional charges may apply for printing, scanning, document handling, courier drop-offs, or after-hours service and will be disclosed prior to service.
5. SERVICE-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS
a. General Notary Work (GNW), I-9, Jail/Hospital Signings
We act solely as a Mississippi-commissioned Notary Public. We do not draft, interpret, or provide legal advice.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their documents before notarization.
b. Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON sessions are conducted via Blue Notary, a secure, state-approved platform.
Clients must complete ID verification and join a live video session using a device with a camera, microphone, and internet.
Refunds are not guaranteed for failed or incomplete sessions.
c. Mobile Ink Fingerprinting
$60 for the first FD-258 fingerprint card; $10 for each additional.
Travel/admin fees may apply. A $25 deposit is required.
Clients must confirm that the receiving agency accepts ink cards.
We are not liable for rejections, delays, or background check failures.
d. Apostille & Document Authentication
We provide apostille prep and courier facilitation only — not official authentication.
Clients must supply certified or original documents.
If unavailable, we offer Copy Certification by Document Custodian — a notarized affidavit by the signer.
Clients are responsible for verifying if this method is accepted.
We are not liable for rejections, delays, or outcomes caused by mail carriers or government offices.
e. Compliance & Consulting Services
We are not attorneys, CPAs, or financial advisors.
All consulting is educational and informational only.
Clients assume responsibility for all legal, tax, and business decisions.
f. Wedding Officiant Services
We are ordained to perform legal marriages in MS & TN.
Ceremonies are quote-based and require valid IDs and marriage license.
Religious elements offered upon request only.
g. Trucking & Logistics Consulting
We provide route planning, profit optimization, and Amazon Relay setup.
We are not DOT officers. Clients are responsible for implementation and compliance.
h. Business & LLC Formation Support
We assist with strategy, EINs, templates, and setup guidance.
We do not provide legal filings or legal advice.
i. Document Courier Delivery Services
Courier services are provided via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Pricing is quote-based, depending on distance, speed, and label method.
Clients may upload documents and request a label, or provide their own.
We are not liable for carrier delays, damage, or loss after dispatch.
Notarization must be completed prior to shipping.
6. NOTARIAL ACTS & FEES
All notarial acts are billed at a standard rate of $5 per stamp, in compliance with Mississippi law.
This applies to GNW, jail/hospital/nursing home signings, and mobile notarizations.
Additional charges for travel, printing, scanning, courier delivery, or document handling are billed separately and disclosed in advance.
All balances are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
All uploaded documents and client data are kept strictly confidential.
Files are transmitted via secure platforms and deleted within 24–48 hours after service unless required by law.
We never resell, store, or reuse any client data.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Government or mail carrier delays
Invalid IDs or incomplete documents
Third-party platform failures (e.g., Blue Notary)
Fingerprint or apostille rejections
Courier losses or damage
Outcomes from client misuse or incomplete implementation of consulting advice
9. CLIENT AGREEMENT
By booking or receiving services, the client confirms that:
They have read and agree to these Terms
They understand all limitations of service
They accept full responsibility for document accuracy and identification
They release Vantage Signature & Compliance Solutions from all liability beyond the performance of services rendered
